Trail Talks
Trail Talk is a program for girls moving through their adolescent ages, bringing communication and mindfulness together in nature.
Participants practice mindfulness, focus, and conversation through guided outdoor discussions and nature-based prompts while connecting with peers in a relaxed environment. Working through topics, like self-advocacy, open communication, discussing feelings and healthy relationships, this provides a safe space for girls growing up.
We will start meeting the last week of the month on Wednesday evenings, starting in April.
If you are interested in joining us, please email katherine@chickadeechatter.com.
